The search strategy is designed and executed. Curriculum filter and in-depth telephone interview are performed. The short list (5 to 6 candidates) is presented after 9 days.

The short list candidates are evaluated on: Personality, skills, intellect and values. 180º / 360º verification of references and background.
Slide 4 PRESENTATION OF THE FINAL CANDIDATES SHORTLIST All the final candidates shortlists include a woman and after 15 days a
psychological employment report of each candidate and a general report of the process are presented.
Slide 5 EXECUTIVE ONBOARDING PROGRAM Goals are defined with the boss. 6/9 monthly sessions of Onboarding Coaching, progress reports to HR, 360º evaluation, feedback and closing gaps.
